Terms of Service

By accessing or using Revenue Rocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wieler Marketing And Consulting Corporation (trading as “WMCco”) regarding your use of Revenue Rocket.

Revenue Rocket is a GTM strategy tool operated by Wieler Marketing And Consulting Corporation that uses artificial intelligence to generate business strategy reports, recommendations, and consulting outputs. All outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, or business advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any strategy or recommendation generated by the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, refunds, billing, invoicing, and the collection and remittance of any applicable sales tax or VAT. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Revenue Rocket offers the following subscription plans:

• Solo plan: $97 USD per month, recurring.
• Agency plan: $997 USD per month, recurring.

Both plans include a 21-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Founder pricing guarantee: Agency plan subscribers who maintain an active, continuous subscription are guaranteed the $997 USD/month rate for the lifetime of that subscription. This rate lock is forfeited if the subscription is cancelled and later restarted.

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by Paddle. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal or via the receipt sent by Paddle; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled by Paddle and governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use Revenue Rocket to generate harmful, illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or intentionally misleading content. You may not use the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label outputs generated by Revenue Rocket without a written white-label agency agreement with WMCco. WMCco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these acceptable use terms.

The Revenue Rocket platform, its design, user interface, frameworks, methodology, and underlying code are the intellectual property of WMCco and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reports and outputs generated using your own business data belong to you, subject to the license you grant WMCco to store and process that data in order to provide the service.

Your use of Revenue Rocket is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal or business data. AI outputs are generated via the Anthropic API. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models.

WMCco is not liable for any business decisions, outcomes, or losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated strategy outputs. The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WMCco's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to WMCco in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Revenue Rocket after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to the email address associated with your account.
