Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Revenue Rocket, operated by Wieler Marketing And Consulting Corporation (“WMCco”), offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial charge or any renewal charge.

How to Request a Refund

All payments for Revenue Rocket are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle also handles all refund requests on our behalf.

To request a refund, you can:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at info@wmcco.ca and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after they are approved.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal or via the receipt email sent by Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 30 days of a charge and want that charge refunded, please request a refund as described above.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service. Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to all purchases.
